Learn how to report problematic content on the Portal. If you spot incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate content, send it to administrators to help maintain content quality.
There is no limit to the number of reports you can submit but reported content remains visible in the Portal until admin reviews it and takes action.
All users can report media, regardless of their role’s permissions.
The Portal interface allows you to report any media content they find problematic:
1. Open the media content page
2. A click on themenu below the media player toggles the option Report item.
3. In the popup dialog, select one of the following reasons:
Optional: You may also provide an additional comment.
4. After submission, the report is sent for a review. Media can be removed or edited by the administrator.
This is all you need to help maintain content quality in the Portal.
