The privacy setting can be set when the media item is uploaded to the portal, and it can be changed at any time in the My Account section of the private portal by clicking on the media item’s Edit button.
There are also a few ways that the media item owner can change the privacy setting through actions taken in the portal.
Usage Example
A company has an internal training video that needs to be shared with a department but should not be accessible to other employees. A manager sets the privacy setting to "Restricted." The manager creates a Group that includes only the members of the department. Thus, only authorized users (those in the specified department) can view the video.
