The Ravnur Media Portal offers two options for adding captions to your media items:
1. Upload Your Captions
If captions are already created, you can upload them directly using the steps:
1. Go to the video you want to add captions to.
2. Locate the Captions button.
3. Select“Add captions > select language > upload your file.
You should have a valid VTT file with captions, not bigger than 1Mb
Generate Captions Automatically
You can also choose to generate the captions automatically.
1. Click Add Captions > Generate captions.
2. Select the language and press Confirm.
Make sure there are no extraneous sounds or music that might confuse our machine transcribers.
You have started the CC upload process. The transcoding job can be traced via the Transcoding section.
Once complete, you can continue to edit your closed captions.
