If the public page is enabled for your media portal, and you have permission to create a public page (permission is granted in your user role) you can enable the public page by editing the video details in My Account.
- Go to My Account and click on the media item for which you want to enable the public page.
- Click on the Properties tab and inside the Sharing permissions section, check the box for External public page.
- A public page URL will appear. This URL can be shared with anyone, and the public page will only load this particular media item. If someone tries to access another media item by changing the media ID in the URL, it will not display that media item.
- Click on Save changes.
