Customize the appearance and content of notification emails sent from RMS. Each notification uses a shared HTML template for branding, with individual subject lines and body text you can modify per notification type.

Global email template
All notification emails share a single HTML template. By default it includes Ravnur styling, which you can extend with your own branding or replace entirely with custom HTML.

Notification content
You can modify the subject line and body text for each notification type independently. Changes apply to all recipients of that notification.
Dynamic tags
Use dynamic tags in subject and body fields to insert contextual values at send time — such as user names, links, and media IDs. The available tags for each notification are listed in the template editor.
