The application can send users and admins notifications about system events or actions that users take, such as sharing a link. Both the content and style of the email can be easily customized.

Applying your branding to the global email template

Each email references an HTML style template. The application has a default style out of the box, and you can add your branding to this style, or you can add your own HTML to replace the global email template. The image that is dynamically added to the email should be 150px x50px in .png/.jpg/.jpeg format.

Updating the subject and body content of email notifications

You can change the text for each notification to meet your branding, legal and communication requirements. For example, you may want to add a footer with a confidentiality notice. Just send Ravnur Support the text for each email (see Notification Emails article for a list of the emails). Each notification template also has dynamic tags that can be inserted into the subject and body text so that you can add user names, links, media IDs and more.
