RMS sends automated emails to users and administrators when specific events occur. Each notification type can be toggled on or off independently.

Managing notifications
Manage notification settings in the RMS Console under Settings > Notifications. You can toggle each notification type on or off globally.
Notifications cannot be managed for individual users — toggles apply to all recipients of that notification type.
Notification types
Live streaming
| Notification | Sent when |

| Preview in 30 | A live event enters preview mode in 30 minutes. |
| In preview | A live event enters preview mode. |
| Live in 30 | A live event goes live in 30 minutes. |
| Live now | A live event starts broadcasting. |
| Live ends in 5 | A live event is scheduled to end in 5 minutes. |
| Live auto shutdown | A live event is automatically stopped by the system. |
| Live question | A viewer submits a question during a live event. |
User registration
